pk-image.jpgUnderstanding ourselves and others takes a lifetime but feeling angry and hurt, misunderstood or rejected by someone we love is a miserable business. Sometimes we are just unhappy and don't know why. Psychotherapy and marriage counseling can help clarify and exlore problems in important relationships, so that we can learn new skills, increase our understanding and gain courage to strengthen and change relationships that are important to us. Being a parent can be difficult, and some children, especially step children, can be especially challenging; improving communication in families can bring peace. Therapy can also help men and women coping with ADD and managing time, space, the location of keys, the mess of rooms, homework and relationships. So many people suffer from anxiety and depression, and psychotherapy can be helpful in getting things back on track.
