Scientific programs
Each year the North Carolina Psychoanalytic Society offers a rich set of presentations by local and out-of-state speakers. These Scientific Programs, which are generally open to Society members and other mental health professionals and trainees, are designed to broaden and deepen awareness and understanding of the application of psychoanalytic concepts to clinical work. The programs are free of charge to students who are currently enrolled in social work or psychology programs as well as to psychology interns and psychiatry residents.
